stainless steel and its inside has a carborundum skin and a carborundum peeling disc.
The products circulate in the machine in a way that makes them peel evenly on all sides. The
machine also does not have significant gaps between the disk and the inside wall which makes
it
easy to peel the smallest of potatoes without any losses.
