In our packaging process, precision is a top priority. The products undergo meticulous dosing and weighing in a multihead weigher before being dropped into a package of your selected size. To further enhance the shelf life and freshness of the products, our packaging system offers the option of gas flushing. This involves replacing the atmosphere inside the package with a carefully controlled mixture, effectively extending the longevity of the contents and ensuring that they reach the end consumer in the best possible condition.

Complete Integrated Packing Line

Depending on the product being packed, our machines are equipped with special accessories to optimize productivity. For instance, when handling salads, we incorporate a rotary cone on top and vibrators at strategic points, as well as dimple-plated material and Teflon coating to prevent sticking and ensure smooth flow. After dosing and packing, a checkweigher and metal detector verify weight and scan for contaminants as an additional layer of quality control. Packages are then boxed, sealed with our advanced cartoning machinery, and palletized automatically for secure and efficient handling.
